One Degree

1) Experts in air navigation have a rule of thumb known as the 1 in 60 rule. It states that for every 1 degree a plane veers off its course, it misses its target destination by 1 mile for every 60 miles you fly. 

2.) So, for example, if you travel fromSan Francisco to Washington, D.C., and you are one degreeoff — you’d end up on the other side of Baltimore.

3) The Word of God keeps us on course like a compass. It reveals His heart and intention for you and your life. 

4) A slight deviation from God’s Word might not seem like much, but it can slowly pull you away from His truth.  

It’s time to dig into the Word of God and let it be your compass.
